Celebrating a Milestone: 300 Peacebuilders Engaged!

Today, the Afghanistan Peace Initiative (API) celebrates a remarkable achievement—engaging over 300 Peacebuilders in our mission to foster peace across the nation! From rural villages in Badakhshan to bustling streets in Kabul, these dedicated individuals—teachers, mediators, and advocates—are driving change through community dialogues, educational programs, and policy advocacy.

What We’ve Achieved: Since launching our Peacebuilder program earlier this year, our team has facilitated 50+ local peace talks, trained 75 mediators, and empowered 150 women and youth leaders. This milestone reflects the growing strength of our community, with contributions ranging from conflict resolution workshops in Herat to online campaigns reaching thousands globally.

Looking Ahead: We’re gearing up for our next phase, including a youth peace forum in Jalalabad next month and expanded training sessions across all provinces. Your support—whether through volunteering, sharing #PeacebuilderAPI, or donating—fuels this progress.
